Threaded Joints have good tensile Strength to take up the entire weight of Suspended assembly for greater depths.
The size of:- the pipes are designated as DN (Nominal Diameters) in mm.
CS Pipe: Shallow well casing pipes suitable for wells with depths upto 80M.
CM Pipe: Medium well casing pipes suitable for wells with depth above 80M and up to 250M.
CD Pipe: Deep well casing pipes suitable for wells with depth above 250M and up to 450M.
Ribbed Screen (Filter) Pipe with external longitudinal ribs and transverse (perpendicular to pipe axis) slots, designated as 'RMS' (Ribbed Medium Well Screen) and 'RDS' (Ribbed Deep Well Screen) pipes.
Plain Screen (Filter) Pipe in plain surface with transverse (ie., perpendicular to pipe axis) slots, designated as 'PMS' (Plain Medium Well Screen) pipes and 'PDS' (Plain Deep Well Screen) pipes.

'DUPOL' UPVC COLUMN PIPES / SUBMERSIBLE PIPES

Dupol UPVC column pipes, also known as riser and drop pipes, applicable for submersible pumps, are made with specially designed formulations so that pipes can resist internal hydrostatic pressure and vertical tensile load due to water column and pump weight. These pipes are the perfect alternative to conventional GL/galvanized steel pipes used for column applications. technical features of Dupol UPVC Column Pipes: Pipes are joined and locked together by a coupler to ensure that during installation and removal of pumps, the coupler does not come out. Dupol UPVC column pipes have a wide range of products from OD 33mm to 140mm. The pipe's joints are designed with high-friction square threads to ensure proper gripping and no chance of slipping on constant forward and reverse torque generated while starting and stopping the pump.

UPVC PIPES & FITTINGS AS PER TO IS: 4985-2000 FOR POTABLE WATER SUPPLY, IRRIGATION & OTHER PURPOSES

IS 4985-2000 DUPOL unplasticized UPVC pipes are manufactured with plain ends and in grey color. PVC pipes are joint with sockets/other things (IS 10124) by jointing chemical solvent cement (IS 14182: 1994) to ensure safe drinking water. The pipes are regularly tested to determine the effect on water. The pipes are available at various pressure ratings in straight lengths of 3 meters, 5 meters, and 6 meters, and as per order. Socket-ended pipes are also manufactured under the same standard & specification as per IS 4985-2000. ALL TYPES of testing facilities inside our TESTING LABORATORY with appropriate equipment are available for INGS TEST PVC PIPES & FITTINGS TEST as per IS 12235-1936, where the QUALITY of the pipes/things/solvent cements, etc., is maintained at regular intervals by our Technical Team.

'DUPOL' UNPLASTICIZED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (UPVC) SCREEN AND CASING PIPES, MADE TO IS: 12818-2010 FOR BORE / TUBE WELLS APPLICATIONS

DUPOL UPVC PLUMBING & PRESSURE PIPES as per ASTM: D-1785 and Threaded as per IS: 1239 (Part-1) are available in blue color. These pipes can be joined by thread joints with Teflon tape. DUPOL BLUE FITTINGS (ELBOW, BENDS, TEE, MTA, FTA, SOCKETS, REDUCERS, NIPPLES, etc.) are also available for the entire pipeline system. Due to no effect of UV sunrays and weather resistance, these pipes are suitable for overground and underwater usage.
